Directions: We are in the wing of Phelps Hall that is directly behind Campbell Hall and adjacent to the courtyard by Buchanan Hall. Although the stairways are not readily apparent, they are accessed through a breezeway at both ends of the building. There is an elevator at the north end of the building as well. Take either the stairs or the elevator to the 3rd floor.
